This policy explains what information Change Who You Are (ChangeWhoYouAre.com) collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you join the free 5-day challenge or our newsletter, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. That's it. We use it to send you the challenge emails, the newsletter, and occasional offers related to the program.

Who helps us run the site

  • Kit (ConvertKit) stores your email address and first name and sends our emails.
  • Stripe processes payments for the $27 30-day challenge. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our site. We receive basic purchase details such as your name, email and what you bought.
  • Cloudflare (Pages) hosts this website. Like any web host, it may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
  • Zoho Mail hosts our email. If you write to us, your message is stored there.
  • Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

No ad trackers or analytics

This site does not load advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and we don't use cookies to follow you around the web.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list. We follow the CAN-SPAM Act: our emails identify who they're from, include our mailing address, and honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

Access and deletion

Want a copy of the information we have about you, or want it deleted? Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share it. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email [email protected].

Visitors from the EU and UK (GDPR)

We process your email and name based on your consent when you sign up, and to fulfill your purchase when you buy. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email [email protected].

Children

This site and its programs are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we'll delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
